The correct battery for the gen 2 dell dj is the lpcs 244789. You can roll it back by going to 'Add or Remove programs' and uninstalling any WMP upgrade from the 'Change or Remove Programs' dialog window. The Dell DJ uses the MTP protocol for communicating with a PC.
Linux users may have to download libmtp in order to access the device. No work has been done yet on this port, as it is currently in a state of research.

The Dell Ditty was a small player that had 512 MB of flash memory and a built in FM tuner.
When you scroll to a song, you push down on the barrel and a menu comes up asking you if you want to play the song, add it to a playlist, delete it, etc.
